Refund Processing Time

When you request a refund, it may take up to 24 hours to process the request. We will keep you updated on the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and will reflect on your credit card statement.

Refund Eligibility

Within the First 7 Days of Initial Purchase:

  • If the refund request is made within 7 days and fewer than 50 MP3 to WAV conversions have been completed, we will issue a full refund and cancel the subscription immediately.
  • If more than 50 conversions have been completed within 7 days, no refund will be issued, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

After 7 Days of Initial Purchase:

If the refund request is made after 7 days, we will offer a partial refund based on the months remaining in the subscription.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations will only stop future billing cycles and do not qualify for an automatic refund unless they meet the above eligibility criteria.
  • Annual plans are significantly discounted, and customers should carefully review their selection before purchasing.

Transparent Communication

We emphasize clarity in our pricing page, ensuring customers are aware of the differences between monthly and annual plans before completing a purchase. We reserve the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and adherence to this policy.
